Colombo Additional Magistrate Court, hearing the Magisterial Inquiry into the killing of Bharatha Luxman, has ordered the CID to be present in Court on the next date of hearing, April 17.
Additional Magistrate Prassanna Alwis made the order since the CID was not represented in Court. Earlier the Court had ordered the CID to inform it about the whereabouts of Duminda Silva and the steps taken to apprehend him. 16 suspects on remand in connection with the murder committed on October 8, 2011, were further remanded. |
