The High Commissioner of Pakistan under their Jinnah Scholarship programme 2012 has awarded scholarships for 14 students of Kinniya Education Zone in Trincomalee district.
Scholarships were awarded at an event held at Governor's Secretariat; Eastern Province in Trincomalee on 05th July 2012 .Hon. Governor, Eastern Province Rear Admiral Mohan Wijewickrema handed over the wards to the recipients in the presence of Her Excellency Seema Illahi Baloch, High Commissioner of Pakistan.
Student had been selected by High Commissioner of Pakistan considering the performance at GCE (O/L) and GCE (A/L) examinations.
