Grenade attack on cricketer turned politician Imran’s rally

There had been grenade attack on cricketer turned politician Imran Khan’s rally in North West Pakistan. One person was killed while 11 persons were injured.

7 policemen including a woman constable were among the injured. The attack took place a little while after Imran Khan had left the rally concluding his address, according to media reports.
‘ This an act of cowardice. Such acts of cowardice cannot deter me from holding rallies in the future’, Imran vowed after the incident.
