13th Amendment salutary provision:Minister Dilan Perera

Minister of Foreign Employment, Promotion and Welfare Dilan Perera observed that the 13 th amendment is a salutary provision in the Constitution. It is part and parcel of the constitution. All Parliamentarians have taken an oath of allegiance to the constitution. We are committed to implement this provision.

Minister Dilan Perera made these observations while addressing the National Day observations in Badulla organized by the District Secretariat in collaboration with the National youth Services Council and the Municipal Council.

He stated that there is a conspiracy internationally against the government and to discredit the government. It will be defeated with the help of friendly countries. Today the 13th amendment appears to be the focal point. We can enjoy freedom by ensuring unity among all communities.
