Rapp calls on Jaffna Bishop

America’s Ambassador at Large Stephen Rapp who was on a short visit to Jaffna called on Jaffna Bishop Thomas Saundaranayagam at the Jaffna Bishop’s House.

He held talks with several issues related to the life of the people in the peninsula.
