The 211st International Maritime Boundary Line Meet between the Sri Lankan and the Indian Navies was held recently on board the Lankan vessel ‘Sagara’ at the IMBL off the KKS shore.
Sri Lankan delegation was led by Northern area Naavl Commander Rear Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne. Officials of the Sri Lankan Navy, Coast Guards took part. Their counterparts in the Indian Navy were represented in the Indian delegation, reports indicate. Matters of mutual interests including fishing were discussed.
