Independence Day at Kandy

The Independence Day celebrations in Kandy were held at the Bogambara Grounds.  Central Province Governor Tikiri Kobbekaduwe was the Chief Guest.

He took the salute. Students from 2000 schools in the Kandy district participated. There was also a physical drill display.
